Melissa Riling is a multidisciplinary artist, model, and creative consultant based in New York’s Hudson Valley. Her work moves between drawing, visual storytelling, and brand creation, guided by intuition, atmosphere, and a sensitivity to form.

Her art explores the body as a symbolic landscape, shaped by healing, folklore, motherhood, and the natural world. Animals, organic forms, and mythic figures appear as messengers - translating internal states into allegory and image. Drawing is an instinctive process for her, a way of listening rather than controlling.

Alongside her studio practice, Melissa collaborates with brands and individuals on visual identity, styling, and creative direction, bringing a holistic and human-centered approach to design.
